We needed to make ID. Buzz feel like the Microbus people remember and the EV they can trust. From teaser to test-drive invite, every touchpoint needed the same quiet confidence.

We aligned on a spine—one narrative, one look, one cadence—then built a shared design grammar: measured motion, tidy hierarchy, generous imagery, a clear end-state. Not a pile of templates; a language the work could think in.

Teams across web, CRM, social and retail moved to a single rhythm—plan, make, review, release—so films, site modules, sign-up flows and dealer materials landed together. On volkswagen.com, the launch hub and model pages read as one thought; in CRM, the path from hand-raiser to drive kept the same voice; in social and display, the motion language adapted to size without losing balance; at retail, the toolkit preserved the signature.
